Amy Di Lillo is a Certified Yoga Therapist and experienced Registered Yoga and Meditation Teacher. She is certified through the Yoga Alliance and the International Association of Yoga Therapists. Amy holds additional specialty trainings and certifications in: Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction, Yoga for Nervous System Disorders, Yoga for the Parasympathetic Nervous System, Pranayama (breath work), Yoga for Mood Management, Ayurveda (yoga’s sister science), Thai Yoga Energy and Yamuna Body Rolling. She is AromaTouch Technique Certified through doTerra and incorporates aromatherapy and the use of therapeutic essential oils in her practice. She completed her initial 200 and 500 hour yoga training with YogaFit, Divine Sleep Yoga Nidra and Summers School of Yin Yoga.
As a Yoga Therapist, Amy’s passion is to meet clients where they are now and pull from all that yoga has to offer (movement, breath, meditation, self care techniques) to create a customized healing tool kit. At the Lyme and PANS Treatment Center, Amy helps clients release stress and tension, balance the body, mind & spirit, and learn self-regulation techniques to calm the nervous system and support the body in healing and returning to homeostasis.
Prior to beginning her yoga and meditation education, Amy worked as a cross-cultural training consultant and an expat. It was during these transitional years that she learned the power of a regular yoga and meditation practice to support continual life changes and challenges.
Amy received her B.S. in Communications and Journalism from Western Michigan University. She grew up in Michigan and has lived in Japan, Singapore, Thailand, Minnesota, Texas and now resides in Cohasset with her husband, son and two cats.
